1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or entering into a partnership or agreement with Kuver Multitrade, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by the terms outlined herein, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for legally registered NGOs, Trusts, Foundations, or Institutions. You must be authorized to represent your organization and enter into agreements on its behalf.

3. Scope of Collaboration

• Kuver Multitrade may assist NGOs or Trusts in project planning, development, implementation, or funding applications.
• We may also partner with organizations to apply for or carry out government, CSR, or private sector projects.
• All collaborative efforts will be subject to specific agreements, including scope of work, responsibilities, timelines, and financial terms.

4. Project Responsibility

Each party will be responsible for the commitments agreed upon in writing. Kuver Multitrade will not be held liable for any failure by a partner NGO or Trust to fulfill its duties or legal obligations.

5. Confidentiality

All parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during collaboration or negotiations unless disclosure is required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, all intellectual property created during the collaboration shall remain the property of Kuver Multitrade or jointly owned based on agreement.

7. No Guarantee of Project Success

While we assist in acquiring or managing projects, Kuver Multitrade does not guarantee project approval, funding, or success. All services are offered on a best-effort basis.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a collaboration with written notice, subject to any contractual obligations. Termination does not absolve either party of responsibilities incurred before the termination date.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kuver Multitrade shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services or collaborations.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kuver Multitrade is registered.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the effective date.
